Refund Policy

1. Nature of Services

PT BALI NEXUS GLOBAL provides digital consulting, IT development, and technology services. All services are intangible and delivered remotely or electronically. Due to the nature of these services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or been completed.

2. Refund Eligibility Before Service Starts

You may request a refund only if no work has begun on your project. For example, if you paid for a consultation or development project and have not yet received any deliverables, analysis, or substantive work, we may consider a refund request.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to nexusgroup.bali@gmail.com. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.

3. After Service Has Started

Once work has started — including but not limited to: consultations, strategy sessions, design drafts, development sprints, or any delivered output — payments become non-refundable. At our discretion, we may offer alternatives such as:

  • Service credit for future work
  • Rescheduling or extending project timelines
  • Partial completion or scope adjustment

Such alternatives are offered at the sole discretion of PT BALI NEXUS GLOBAL and do not constitute an obligation.

4. Completed Work

Completed consultations, development stages, delivered code, designs, documentation, and any other work product are non-refundable. Once deliverables have been provided and accepted (or deemed accepted under our Terms & Conditions), no refund will be processed for that work.

5. Refund Review Process

All refund or complaint requests are reviewed internally. Please note that:

  • The review period may take 40–60 calendar days from the date we receive your request
  • We may request additional information to process your request
  • The Company reserves the full right to approve or decline a refund after review
  • You will be notified of the outcome in writing

6. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed only to the original payment method used for the transaction
  • Processing fees (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact us first at nexusgroup.bali@gmail.com. We are committed to resolving issues in good faith. Our Terms & Conditions describe our position on chargebacks and dispute resolution.
